I just had a long conversation with my sister, a restaurant server, yesterday.
I remarked that the value the restaurant gets from her didn’t go down because she did a good job. Why should they get to pay her less when she over performs?
I’m not sure she got it.
I’m used to butter being in the open top refrigerated bins. I associate the cabinets like this with frozen food. I probably would have missed it too.
A lot of them just hang up on you when they get confused.
I’m assuming that investors think there might be a sea change in public opinion coming, which may drive some new, less profitable, legislation.
