No, that’s being underfunded and corrupted. Now they’re literally a pay to win. The destination of the road of corruption is much worse than simply being on the road itself.

That is a very jokeless joke.
I mean the FDA and such would have to be properly funded to be able to trust any ol’ product… Trump is turning them in to pay to win schemes instead of actual regulators.
So… plastic? It doesn’t take anything special for plastics to shed microscopic particulates. “Fusing” microplastics is also literally how larger plastic objects are made, basically always unless there’s an actual polymerization stage involved. Thermoplastics are basically always made as plastic pellets long before they’re made in to final products.
All that is to say… plastics of any type equate to microplastics being around. The bigger question is how bio-accessible are the microplastics?
xqc has definitely said equally unhinged and disconnected BS on many occasions. I’d definitely argue he does not deserve the benefit of the doubt here.
This GREATLY depends on how one frames their own experiences, which we also do not get much information on from OP’s post. If someone is merely seeking validation for their conclusions which they claim their experience points at conclusively, then they are FAR from the scientific method.
In fact, I’d argue the wording does point to such logistic fallacies. They cite their own experiences, not something more removed from subjective experience.
“The obvious issues I deal with…” are BY DEFINITION subjective. This person, and you yourself, are failing to understand the scientific method.
An analogy doesn’t have to be identical to never the less share similarities. I even spelled out the part to consider: Just because two things are bad does not make them equally bad.
The same way millions of fucking morons regular non-political people voted for drumpf: they thought, “well all politicians are bad, so it’s not like voting for a bad guy is bad.”
Most companies have loads of legalese attempting to protect themselves. Contrary to popular belief, that does not make them all equal.
Almost certainly not. Just like click-through terms (terms that are offered only by link with an Ok button) are not enforceable. It’s just there to dissuade those that assume it has any weight, which isclikely most people that are not lawyers or filthy rich who would consult a lawyer anyways if they got hurt.
It’s almost certainly on similar legal grounds to a cease and decist letter. You’re not being sued, you’re just being warned that they don’t like you via legalese.
Because 98% of them are on the corporations’ side because they practice insider trading.
Yes except this has happened several times where residents have made it exactly to specifications in areas where crossing is already fully legal.
