So, “Breaking News Susan Crawford”?
So, “Breaking News Susan Crawford”?
How would you write that, then?
My dictionary says it’s lower-case. I’ve only ever seen it in lower-case, unless you’re taking about it in the astronomical sense (e.g. “the planet Earth”).
People are still on X even after their owner gave a Nazi salute on national television.
Interesting that you consider reddit a news site.
I just work on myself because trying to get into a relationship is too exhausting.
One of the biggest losers I ever met had a very devoted girlfriend. No job, and he defaulted on his rent for several months, forcing another roommate to cover for him (whom he never paid back). Eventually, he moved out of our place and moved in with her. She seemed nice, but not too smart. I remember she didn’t understand the concept of “satire”…that is, she didn’t even recognize the word.
So yeah, I think that pretty much anybody can get into a relationship, if you lower your standards far enough. The question is: how low are you willing to go?
(They kill anything that could be a threat)
How is a small child a threat?
I don’t think that there ever was anything noble about the creation of Israel. It was always a straight-up land grab.
Doesn’t it download the entire script before piping it?
Yes. If you can’t afford to leave a decent tip, then don’t get the service.
Watch the video.
sigh
No. Watch the video. It’s exactly what it looks like.
So, Nazi salute = bad
Vote for genocide = good
That’s AfD.
That’s a pretty weak argument considering that there are other ways to get notifications, such as vibration. Also, if you’re getting notifications every minute or two, there’s no reason to have it play a sound or do anything else. The only reason you need to be notified is when it’s an infrequent occurrence.
If it was me, I’d just set my phone to vibrate, but maybe they don’t know how?
So? Put it on vibrate.
I had a professor whose phone would go off every one or two minutes during lecture. Same guy would use the word “literally” in every other sentence (always incorrectly). So many annoying things in that class.
This is rather silly. I’ve seen people order drinks with no ice tons of times, and they always fill it to the top. That’s probably what they would’ve done here, too, if given the choice.
It isn’t even an error, though. It’s just wrong. “Earth” should be lowercase. I can understand being pedantic, but pedantic and wrong is super irritating.
