I’m 33 and just taught my first real class at a university. The students are 19-21, and the first thought I had was that they were all babies. They’re not really, and they deserve all the rights that adults are entitled to, but they’re not dateable for me.
I get that as an instructor there’s another layer of responsibility between us, but they don’t even look fully grown to me
Dating a 16 year old at 37… I’m 38, and that repulses me deeply. They are kids.
I’m 35 and my daughter is 15. When I’ll be 37, 16-year-olds will litterally be younger than my actual kid. This is all kinds of fucked up.

I work in schools. The smell of a high school hallway is so repulsive. I don’t even understand how they date each other.
Just gotta have reading hormones. Everything smells better that way

I always tell my wife, I couldn’t even switch to a younger girlfriend, just because of the smell
